Hello!
My EAD Application recently got denied, and I had to reapply. However, one can only reapply within 60 days of the graduation date. This 60 day grace period ends on July 14 for me, and my application reached USCIS on July 10. However, its July 14 now, and I still haven't been allotted a receipt number. Will my application be rejected? On the official website it says one must 'apply'. What does that really mean? USCIS receiving my application, or allotting it a receipt number?
