Hello,

My i94 expired 125 days ago and my H1b extension in process with an RFE, i got admission for PhD and want to apply for change of status, is that possible? also, in the worst case, if my h1b denied can i go to India and apply for F1 visa stamping for Phd? i already have two masters, so will that be any issue for Phd?
