Hi,
I am on my OPT and working for a top consulting company in US. I recently got rolled off my project and have started my bench period. Is it okay if I travel during this bench period to India without informing my company? As I am in bench, I am not even been monitored, so does it really matter that I should keep my RMG informed about my travel ? Pls comment your inputs. Thanks.
P.S: I know that I am allowed to travel to india while am on bench - as am still the employee of the company and getting paid. Let me know if I am wrong.
