I need help from you.
I am a H4 visa holder, currently doing masters. I have started my classes in 2018 Spring Semester and I am currently in my second semester.
I have already applied for H4 to F1 COS on December 2017 and it is in pending status. I am hoping to get a decision by end of this year.
After the end of my first semester, University immigration authorities asked me to defer my program dates as I didn't select any courses in Summer. Now they are saying that they will
change the deferral dates at the starting of next year. Even though I am attending classes on this semester, they didn't change the deferral dates. Since I have valid H4,
There won't be any issues as they said. I am slightly worried about my visa decision due to this ?. What do you guys think?
