Should I apply for Student Visa F-1 again or not?

Hi everyone, I'm from Pakistan. I had apply three times for student visa in One year but every time i got rejected. My university was NYIT. Idk why they rejected me. My toefl score was low. Bank statement and everything else was okay.
Now i got acceptance in Pace University. Should i again take a risk for visa? or any advice? What are your reviews?

An F-1 student visa for the USA can be issued up to 120 days in advance of your course of study start date. You will only be able to enter the US with an F-1 visa 30 days before your start date.
