F1 / F2 Visa

Hello,

I am trying to apply for F1 Visa and F2 for my spouse and child. I have I-20 from the university and trying to start filling the application.

Some Questions:

1. Do I need to make 3 separates applications? DS-160/F1 for me and DS-160/F2 for my wife and daughter?
2. I have a valid B1/B2 Visa. I visited USA 4 years ago and stayed there 22 days only. Does that help me in my application?
3. My father will be the sponsor for my study and my family there. Is that a problem?
4. I have some assets in my country (5 lands).Is that help?

Updates regarding land asset

Well as far as I know the US authorities generally accept FD or any kind of cash deposits. Unfortunately they generally don't accept land assets. This is based on my personal experience. Correct me if I am wrong.....
