F2 Visa rejection
Hi,
Congratulations. I am a a PhD student on F1 visa and my husband's F2 visa got rejected in July. We are planning to reapply but not sure how long we should wait and what we should do differently this time. Can you share more information about your experience and specifically how long you waited before reapplying?

This is a new trend I am seeing. I know of a couple of F1 rejected when spouse is in the US on F1. When the outside US based spouse tried later on F1 that too was rejected. H4 on the other hand does not require proof of no immigrant intent.Comment
