I am applying for F-1 visa to States. In my I - 20 it is written that my brother-in-law is sponsoring me for the MBA study in States. In DS-156 Q 28 it was asked, " Who will pay for the trip ?" There I mentioned my mother 's name. In reality my mother in India is funding my studies. Please let me know who should fill the I - 134 form .....my brother-in-law or my mother? Thank you so much.
