HOW exactly to apply for a licensed company as OPT student??
Hi,
I have been reading a lot of forum and websites related to this questions but all of them just basically saying "yes" but not "how."
I would like to know to HOW start a licensed company, which I know already what I want to do and it relates to my field for 100% sure.
Where can I apply for this and what document I need?
Is there anyone has every asked this question and there is a real answer for this, please link me to that.
I see only people say that OPT student can but no information on how.
