I have a fully funded PhD offer in engineering from US. I appeared for the interview on 5th June 2018 at Islamabad Embassy. I was placed in administrative processing and the officer requested two documents (my CV and adviser's CV). I uploaded both to the link given in the form in pdf format on the same day. The next day they emailed me saying that the files can not be opened and that I should send the stuff via courier, which I did the same day.
The problem is that I never received confirmation from neither the courier company nor the embassy. I called the courier and they said that all documents are sent to the embassy the next day, but that they can't confirm that my individual package reached the embassy or not. I emailed the embassy many times, simply asking if anything was pending from my side (Once before 60 days, frequently after 60 days). All I get in return is that "Your visa application is undergoing routine but required administrative processing, an integral part of the visa adjudication and issuance process that can be neither waived nor expedited".
Does that mean they have the required documents? Would they inform me if anything is missing from my side?
