Hi there,
I have some questions regarding the DS-160 form. I'm actually applying for a 3 month F1 VISA, I have been accepted to an US School and I'm from France :
1- For the question "secondary phone number" , is it really necessary to put our secondary phone number or not ? It could probably prove my solid link to my home country by having a 2 lines numbers ? I don't know if having 2 phones is okay for the officer.
2- If I still didn't find housing what should I put in the section "Address where you will stay in the US ?" Is the school address okay ?
3- The "lengths of stay" is it regarding the length of my program or can I add the few days before the start date and the few days after the final day (meaning that I have to come in the US before, for preparing myself and leave the country a few days after the final day for taking the time packing my stuff and all that ?
4- For the US point of contact information, can I use the school information ?
5- For my former employer's name, can I use the name of the company ?
6- To the question "Have you belonged to, contribute to or worked for any professional, social or charitable organization ?", If I belong to non professional drama group as an actor, do I have to mention it ?
7- What is the "program number" in the SEVIS section ? As I already provide the SEVIS number above.
8- Finally, is there a limit of visa acceptance, as I'm going to apply this month ?
