    OPT Stem EAD Card

    Hi,
    My OPT EAD card was delivered on 11/27/2018 and I saw that status on 12/25/2018. As per USCIS Case Tracker Application, my card was delivered on 11/27/2018 but I did not receive any email regarding the delivery. I have received approval notice to my address but not the card. I wanted to know the procedure for requesting a new card or a better solution for this.
