Should I withdraw my change of status F1 to B2 case? i539
Hi!
My name is Hector, and I entered the US on a F1 visa (major in Acting), and after I graduated I applied for a change of status to B2 because I was to be part of a workshop/development production of a play (with no pay, of course).
I asked to stay until Jan 5th, 2019, and I departed the US on that specific date. The case is still processing, and I am not sure what would be the best thing to do, withdraw the case, or let it finish processing.
I intend to go back to the US in the near future.
