Extend F1 after filing I-130

Is it possible to go back to school after filing I-130?. I am currently on STEM OPT, and thinking of getting a PhD or a second Masters degree. I also got married recently and filed I-130. Can I start another degree program and maintain my F1 status since I am already in the US

Yes, it is possible. Legally, you maintain your F-1 status until the GC is approved.
