OPT to H1 without masters degree in hand

Guys, I am on OPT, working with my new employer. Waiting for my masters degree(just graduated)..but it's not here yet. I have the official transcripts form my schoool.

Can those be used to prove that I am filing under the masters quota ? Has anyone done this?

PLEASSSSSSSSSSE respond..and let me know. I am worried that the advanced cap might exhaust soon.
