Does DV-lottery reduce the chance of student visa? Please help!!!
Hi Guys,
My girlfriend had filled an E-DV form 2019 stating that she and I were married ( We were about to but we did not). In fact, we were selected in the E-DV lottery too. However, due to our personal reasons we could not get married right now and had to leave the DV-lottery.
Now, she is applying an F-1 visa for her Ph.D. for fall 2019. Does that DV-lottery reduce the chance of her getting the F-1 Visa?
I hope you guys will help me and address my question.
