Can my fiance quit school once we file the forms and adjustment status I-485?
- Once we are married and so on
- Can she stay here until we go and interview with USCIS officer?
- if you know answer can you also provide me evidence(preferably USCIS website). thank you

After you get married, he can stay in the country even if he is not in school anymore. However, his status would not change and until he is approved for the GC he is still an F1 visa holder (student visa regulations apply). I am going through similar situation right now. There is no significant difference in the process, however, if he entered the U.S. on F-1 visa a dropped out of school, it might look suspicious to the USCIS.
