Visa Rejected twice in 2003

I had applied for F-1 in 2003 twice and both the times my visa was rejected.Kindly give me strong reason if VO asks me that wants make me to apply after 3 years since 2003 as ur visa was rejected twice. ALso give me reason for doing MBA finance as i'm working as production Manager right now

under section 214(b) and he told me that my intentions wer not clear to coming back india.

Well i guess you would ahve to demonstrate why yopu would come back. Use your family ties as a strong reason and hopefully you have some assets in India ...........its so very subjective but the onus is on you..............there no one ***** statement one says...............you have to ensure that youre going to study something which you can apply in India, that you show an ability to finance your entire study and that you have some reason to return............From what i read here, it helps to have organized and detailed paperwork becaus ethe interview is brief and you hav eto be ready to show a document that helps your case quickly......why not send a message directly to someone who's here under a F-I and see if they can give you any suggestions
