Anybody with a cover letter for visa status change?

Hey curiousone, I see ur msgs written well in response to others.
So please help me find a sample cover letter for change of status from H4 to F1 as I got admission for a graduate program in the State Univ of NY for this Fall with full scholarship and assistantship. But without my F1 status I can't avail any of these benefits. Pl help me with the cover letter for USCIS application.
