Hi,
My F1 visa got reject with KAPLAN I20 (for USMLE live lectures) at chennai consulate. He didn't even looked at my documents, all he said after looking at I20 was that "this is the case of potential immigrant, sorry I cannot issue visa".
Should I appear again with KAPLAN I20 or get a new I20 from some university? examples appreciated.
Do the consulate keep rejected I20 information? If I go with a I20 from a university and they ask me why did I got rejected first time, should I say because of KAPLAN I20.
I am really confused and would appreciate any help.
