Student Visa - Medical Field

Hello

My brother graduated with his Bachelors in Dental Science from Mysore. He applied for Masters in Public Health in the US, as he cant apply to MS in Dental Science (there are a couple of exams to get admitted into that and they can only be written in the US, as far as I know). He got rejected all 4 times he applied, the reason being the officer at the consulate thought there was no relationship between public health and BDS. I live in the US. Does anyone know what other programs or courses he can apply to to get into the US? Is there any other way he can come here? He is 24 and i think it will be hard if i try to get a visit visa for him so that he can write his exams here. Any other course that he can apply to, that will show that he is really going to come and study here and has a realtionship with his BDS. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated. Thank you

I think he can apply to MS oral biology with out those 2 exams you have mentioned. Fees is reasonable and its for 2 years. Its a research degree, so he should be prepared to work in the lab for 2 years. Research will be related to oral and craniofacial field.
