Few quetion on h4 to F1.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Where to file I-539
The form mentions different addresses depending on status. Since I am on approved h4 visa, do I need to file to VERMONT SERVCIE CENTER ( Page 5 on I-539 ). The reason I am asking is to get an idea of processing time. My husband has to file extension of his work visa early next year. Normally my h4 extension is also filed with him. I am not sure what will happen to my status if I my F1 does not get approved by that time. Vermont service center processing time is 6 or more months.

NO OF COURSES ONCE ON F1 Status
12 credit hours which would mean 4 courses.
Does this criteria differ from college to college

GOING TO INDIA
Is there any restriction on travelleing to home country once my F1 gets approved?
Can I go on vacation..etc when I apply for F1 change of status within USA
4.
MIN 9 MONTH REQUIREMENT FOR OPT
Does a student needs to be on F1 visa for 9 months or is it 9 months of classes.
Does the summer,winter, fall break counts towards this 9 month period?
5.
NO OF COURSE WHILE F1 IS PENDING
is THERE ANY RESTRICTION ON NO OF COURSES THAT CAN BE TAKEN BEFORE f1 IS FILED OR DURING F1 PROCESSING
