Hello,
I applied for F2 visa and was denied at chennai consulate,india in may 2006 under section 214(b).
1.How long should i wait before i reapply?
2.Can i reapply in singapore as we are PR there?
3.My husband will be going on opt from next jan.can i join him when he is in opt?( can i use the I-20 issued by the university in april 2006.)
4.how long is the i-20 valid?
