Reapplying for F1 visa-Problem in dates

Hi ,

My first F1 visa application was rejected on 241b basis.
I had contacted the univ. and had defered for spring2007.

But its said in VFS site that person applyng for Emergecy dates should nt have been rejected visa within last six months....if so i'm not able to find any dates before jan.....wht is the possibilty for me to join in spring?

dont worry...i think u cant apply emergency visa dates.but keep on trying for the transition dates. and u wil get one soon. What was ur mistake in ur previous interview. For next interview take ur bank statement and win the visa.If ur employed talking less about ur client is good.
