F1 questions

Hello everyone,

May I ask a few questions:
1) Is it possible to change from a F1 to J1 status ( for post graduate
medical education) while in the US?
2) Is it possible to change from a F2 to J1 status while in the US?
3) Is it possible to change from a F1 to B1B status?
4) Is it possible to do a medical residency/ fellowship in the J2
status?
I am new to this group and would would greatly appreciate any help in
clarifying these issues.
