Hi

I am a masters student in University in USA. I have been working illegally on check for the past 4 years. Am I already out of status? How will it affect my H1 and GC process in the future?

Anyone like me got GC through employment?

Is your F1 still valid? Check the expiry date on your F1 visa. If its still valid then you can ask your employer to sponsor an H1b visa for you. GC is a loooong way off not just for you, but for everyone. So forget about the GC and look at the present.
