F2 to H1_pls help!!
hi all ,
I am a F1 student. My husband is coming as F2 in 2007 and he is planning to apply for H1 in April 2007.
Q1)If he is getting a H1 visa, can he start working here or he has go back to India or to 3rd countries to get his visa stamped and then come back to work.
Q2) or can he start work and whenever he is going out of US only he need his H1 visa get stamped?
Please help me..
