Sponsering brother for MS in US

HI...
I am on H1b visa here since last 10 months.. My brother wants to pursue his MS in computer science... Can i sponser or co-sponser him? Actually we r trying to say that his education cost would be taken care of by family fund...
However can u let me know what documents i need to send from here to count my bank balance as part of family fund?

Can i also send I-134 saying i will bear the cost of education... since first year in USA,, I do not have tax return copy... Please suggest all documents i need to send to my brother.....

Yes, you can sponsor or co-sponsor.

Send I-134 form. Send past few bank statements and pay stubs as well.
