how much is the successfull ratio for f2 visa?

hi every1,

Im applying F2 visa shortly,its been 3months my wife has joined the university for her m.s in NJ,since i wanted to join her, is it the rite time for me to apply for F2 or is it early r is it 2 late for me to apply??please suggest me when i have to apply for f2 visa,can any one please suggest me doc.required to send from my wifes end.

And how much is the successfull ratio for F2 visas??

My husband and my kid attended F2 visa intervw today..V.O asked for my paystub only..intrvw lasted for 3-4 mints ....they got visa..
