F1 stamping in Mexico/Canada

I wanted to know if it is possible to get F1 stamping done from Mexico/Canada. Or is it mandatory to have that done from your home country?

In my case, my wife is on H4 and is planning to change to F1.

It is possible to have an F1 stamping in mexico or canada. But, if you feel that you may have had problems in the past with being out of status or any other situation where you may be rejected, it would be best to talk to an immigration attorney. If you feel that none of the above applies to you, then you should not have a problem going to mexico/canada.
