visit visa rejected under 214 b now applying for student visa!

my visit visa application got rejected in dec 2006 i will be applying for my students visa in may 2007,my visit visa was rejected under 214 b,when i apply for a student visa the same questions will come up again,how should i convince the vo that i intend to return after my studies,they already know i have a sister in texas who has a green card and my parents are doctors working in saudi arabia,i myself am a dentist,how should i prepare for the student visa interview,plz reply fast

if they didn't believe you the first time, they are not going to believe you the 2nd time...especially if you are asking for a student visa....
