Just let me know about fingerprinting at US consulates.Do the applicants who have been denied a visa once, again have to go for fingerprinting before the interview if they reapply.
Are refused visa applicats recognised with their fingerprints which was recorded at the first interview.
OR they are recognised by the passport number, name , date of birth.
I have been denied a visa(F-1) several times i.e a normal rejection 214b thrice. Now i think of making a new passport with a slight variation in surname , name & passport number if possible with a new date of birth.
the only thing iam afraid is of the fingerprints which were recorded during my interviews.
i have read the information regarding refused visa cases at your website, which awares that information is computerized centrally, but with what all primary identities i want to know.
