since fewer than 1% of Indian students return to India to live and work after studying in the US, why should they believe you are in that small percentage?
Merely saying the words won't convince anyone....offering papers won't convince anyone. And worse, trying to blame the VOs to generate sympathy won't work either.
Your visa denials happened because they don't believe you will return after studying....period. It is not the fault of the VOs.

just what "help" are they looking for? Another person cannot substitute their qualifications nor can another person write a script for an applicant hoping it will succeed. Anyone posting responses on this site cannot possibly know for certain what this particular applicant did or didn't do or say during his/her interview. To offer some kind of "well, just bring documents and tell the VO you will return" isn't really any kind if help. Or to suggest that the applicant run out and find some random company to offer him or her a job in 2 or 3 years is disingenuous....this kind of strategy has been used too often to have any real chance of success.
The applicant (and only the applicant) has to convince the VO by him or her self that he or she will go back to their country after completing their studies.....this is not an easy thing to do and there are no ***** answers.
The applicant must establish confidence in his/herself in the eyes of the VO...since the VOs already know that few students return, it will only make it more difficult for the next student applicant. That is just a fact of life.
My suggestions/comments, while perhaps direct, were meant to dispel the notion that the OP could try to make up a new story based on some random thoughts of another person. The problem with this tactic is that the story will sound memorized - and that will not establish confidence in what is being said.
A lot of applicants try to change their stories after a denial - and this comes across (I imagine) as desperation or evasiveness...when the stories change from week to week, which ones are the VOs supposed to believe?
It is the same for those whose relatives are denied when they asked for a 6 month stay, they show up 2 weeks later and claim they will only stay 2 months....who would believe this? The VOs also know that visitors are routinely admitted for 6 months.
Bottom line: there are no easy answers nor resolution for the OPs case....what the OP should avoid doing is listening to those who tell him/her to just bring more papers or make up a totally new story....sorry if this seems blunt, but this is just my opinion.

to immihelp: I am not trying to be combative - I am offering my opinion based on what few facts the OP posted. Also, as per earlier discussions about having a FAQ about many previously asked questions, the 'help' that a few people offer is really little more than a replay of what I suggested will NOT produce success.
In cases like this one, we only read what the OP said took place at his/her interview - but really...what is missing? Is the OP's entire family living in the US? Did other siblings 'forget' to return after their studies or a visit? Was the OP generally evasive during the interview? We don't really know....we only read, like so many others, about how the whole thing is the fault of the VOs....sorry...I don't buy that story.
