I am currently on H1 visa and my wife is on H4 visa. Her H4 visa expires in 2008. She is going for her Masters in US. We are planing to change her status to F1. We are Canadian residense, however we dont leave there. After changing her status to F1 should we go to Canada and get her visa stamped for F1 or should we go to India. Any of your help is appreciated.
