F1 documents

Hi, I have been to US on business b1/b2 twice in the last 3 years. I have been doing my undergrad here in India and working with a big multinational simultaneously.
Now I have completed my undergrad and would like to pursue my Masters in the States, would my studying and working at the sametime cause any problems at the counsulate?
What could be the possible hurdles?....I have done my work and studying genuninely and there is nothing **** about anything.

Please advice!!!

you mean studying and working in India? No it would not affect F1 (I am just interested, how did you think it would affect you?), however, once you are in US you would not be able to work on F1 except some certain limited circumstances
