F1 visa, nonimmigrant visa number

Dear Sirs,

On my F1 visa, I have control number, Annotation, and a red number on the bottom right corner of the visa. Also, the immigration officer at the port of entry wrote a hand written number. Which one of them is my nonimmigrant visa number? And where is my alien registration number?

that is not correct, your visa number is the RED number (and INS considers it as such)
