I am working under an OPT valid through May 2007. I just got married to a US citizen, and I am a little confused on which forms to file out. Do I have to file out form I-130 first to get an alien visa, and then the others? What is my status when I entered the US: student, employee?
I really need a guideline or some advise on which forms to file out, and in which order.
If my OPT expires before my status is adjusted, can I keep working in the meantime?
