Dear Sir,

As a student visa applicant and my wife and children are not coming to stay with me in the USA. They are staying behind in my home country.

What kind of a very strog proof to back up "I have close family(wife and children) ties in my country" to convince the consular officer that my stay in the US is temporary and that I will return and apply my American education towards the benefit of my country.

Waoh! Thank you so much. What documents can I provide the US consulate officer in my country with that I am legally married to my wife and the kids are our kids?

wife: marriage certificate
kids: birth certificate.

1) What kind of strong proof can I provide the US consulate with...that, as the first and the eldest son of the family I will inherit a property(building) that is a gift to my mother from her late father?
2.) Please explain what is meant by social tie to home.

3.) What can I present as a proof that I have a trading store(like supermarket) where I am a tenant that is managed by my wife, and the apartment where myself, wife and children are living in?
