My son is gone USA on f1

Dear Sir

My son is gone USA on f1 student visa for 5 year, he is gone on 12/31/2006

Now can he call his mother or father to live with him?
He can call his father/mother as a visitor?

Please give me reply, i want to make file.

He may be able to invite parents on visitors visa, if he can show enough financial resources to support them during their stay. However, it would be very difficult to do that if he arrived in US just one month back and he is a student.
