want to get back to US after a Year break

Hi,
i came back to India last year 2006 after completing 1 year of study.. now i intend to go back this spring.. what are the formalities that i will have to go thru.. i have a visa stamping till 2010 which belongs to another college.. coz i transfered to another one while i was there... do i have to re stamp my visa( coz i don't have the present colleges visa stamping?).. will i have to go thru the interview procedure again? kindly help me with the needed queries..
