Can I appeal or reapply marriage-based AOS when I failed in initial interview?

I'm F1 visa expiring this May. I've just married a USC, we really love each other and applying for AOS. I'm afraid that the interviewer will think it's a fraud marriage. I'm really worry. If i failed in initial interview for conditional green card, can I appeal or request for a second interview? and how will i do that? or is it possible for me to re-apply for Adjustment of status again?

Please help! urgent!
