    Hi,
I have all the reasons to smile!

I got the receipt of H1B lottery dated April 18, a couple of weeks back. And today I got the H1B approval notification, sent to my employer as well a copy to my attorney.

But I have a hurdle to overcome. My J1 expires on July 15. Looking for a way out to stay legally between the period of July 16 through Oct.1,2007.

Any suggestion guys? I would, for sure appreciate any suggestions.
Happy 'Visa-ing' to all the guys!

You can get in touch with places like Kaplan and they have courses like GMAT or other english courses. They issue an I-20 valid for 6months - 1 year.
Note that you need to check and make sure this doesnt make your H1 void.I mean you cannot hold a H1 and F1 at the same time. You need to check with your university about this or an attorney or dept of state.
The course can cost you 900$ and they issue a new I-20.
Note that to apply in Kaplan, they have a period within which you have to apply.
For example 30 days before you OPT expires.something like that.
You need to check on this.
Note that this is not a legal advice. Consult your immigration attorney for the best upto-date information.
