    Emergent appointment

    My F1 visa expires on 20th june 2007.I am a Ph.D stutent and I have Valid in staus I20.It will take six months for me to graduate.I need to travel to other countries for conferences and seminars. Therefore I have get the F1 visa extended. Since regular appointments are not available can I avail of Emergency appointment at Chennai Consulate where originally the visa was issued.
