F1 Financial support from Bank

I would like to know how much is the balance amount need to be shown on the bank statement issued to submit for F1 visa to study MS(master of surgery).

if the tution fee..(including room,accomodation even though you may stay outside) that is the amount u need to show in ur bank account.so if the whole course is 20000$ ..a bank statement of 20000$ should b shown.even if you get a scholarship say for 10000...still show a bank statment of 20000.you need to prove that you can take care of urself by ur own funds.hope this helps...
