    J2 to F1

    Hi,

    I am on J1 visa and 2 year HRR applies to me. My wife who is on J2 has enrolled for masters here in USA. If she wants to convert her J2 satus to F1 status do I (J1) need to get the Waiver. Any one please let me know.
