1-20 and changing schools

Hi

I got my F1 visa too late for the fall semester so I am going to ask for deferral to attend the spring semester. Meanwhile I would like to apply to another university for the same program of study for the spring semester.

Now my qst is if I am admitted at the second school how it would be like to enter US with the F1 based on the 1-20 I got from one school and attending another school?

You can join school A, finish one semester for them and then you can join school B if you are not satisfied. School B will issue a new i-20 and see if you have taken equivalent courses which can be waived if they think you have taken courses in School A which are equal to theirs. I hope that made sense and this can be done in the US.
