F2 Visa Interview Date @ chennai

Hi Friends,

I am not getting F2 visa date for my spouse and kid @ chennai for the past one and 1/2 month. It is also not available near future. It says always check after 24 Hours.

I am on F1 visa and on CPT. Since I am working can i appy for them "spouse of a person working in USA" ie. h4 visa.

Or I have to wait for the date to get an appointment on F2 visa category only.

Can u please clear my doubt.

Hi,

H4 is a dependent visa of H1 holder and even if you are working, your visa is F1 visa. I do believe you need to wait or log into the website on a regular basis to get an interview date.
