Degrees/dimplomas eligible for 16th year education

Hi,

I have 15 years of education from India. I am interested in pursuing my Masters in USA. I believe US universities and f1 visa require 16 years of education. Does any one know what one year degrees/dimplomas/courses of education will be qualified/eligible for 16th year education? This information is highly appreciated.

Also, I heard there is or going to be change in eligibility rules and only 15 years of education is required. Any one have any information on this?
