My questions: 1. Can a child of a family utilize their visitor’s visa and attend a community college or would they have to apply for an F-1 at their country of residence.
2. Or, would the family have to apply for and F-1 no matter what and if so where would they apply or what would they actually apply for; if the family wanted to apply their child into college?
