Hello,
I have contacted lot of people and have got no response or they have some huge consultation fees.
I am on F2 with a good social work experience from India.I want to volunteer here in Chicago in a department of interest on a non-paid position.It sounds simple and i also thought so; hence approached Rush
medical center (it's near to my place...i am new to US and my husband is
doing his PhD there).But seems have no clear information about it and are
looking into it.They have kept me waiting for a while now.Despite of the
fact that that there volunteer services dept. ave me a very positive
response and referred me further.This is confusing and de-motivating as i
am just trying to utilize my time and offer my experience and services as
a volunteer.Please suggest and guide me so that i can get exact
information/documentation.
